Obviously I love having time off to spend with my little man and the big one too. Here are just a few of the fun outings we had...Keller's party at Incredible Pizza, Zoo Lights, Pump It Up and of course Christmas!

Disney Vacation

So this was the most amazing trip. I have been all over the world and seen many a sight, but nothing will ever compare to how wonderful it was to see Asher experience Disney World. His eyes were like saucers and he was so excited about everything. I will cherish every memory and hold them close to my heart. I think that we found more fun in the little things like the parades and the 3d shows than anything.

I have been slacking once again with my blog updates. October has been very busy so here are some of the highlights.

It Was Great Seeing Ya!!

After blog stalking Laura for the entire summer we were so lucky to run into the while Nick clan at the Shell Saturday....














As we were leaving Asher asked, "Where did my Caroline go? She want my popcorn? She's pretty."

Goodbye Summer!!!

So we are saying farewell to an incredible summer. Asher moved out of his crib into a big boy bed, he is wearing underpants, swimming like a pro and he will start school in one short year. He has grown so much and changed so much since Memorial Day! This weekend we celebrated the end of summer by seeing Elmo Live, going to the Levitt Shell Free Concert, spending time at members' night at the zoo and then finishing the weekend off with swimming the last day at the pool. A sad day when the summer ends, but we love fall....Asher was just saying we need to get a pumpkin!

One more thing that will eat my cash...the Botanic Gardens has this new children's area and it is wonderful...I could not post all the pics because we just had way too much fun.

Catching Up

I have been slacking on the blog....I have just had so much fun with Asher that I have not been spending time on the computer that much, other than work. Here are some pics of our fun adventures.

Strawberry Pickin

So it was a hot day on Saturday and not much to do since the pool is not open then. We decided to go to Jones' Orchard with Jenny and Sarah and Taylor, Lyn and Emma Reed. It was a lot of fun and we got some great prices on fruit. We picked strawberries and peaches and plums and I even got Jeremy some Chow Chow!









Here is what I did with all that fruit we picked. I made homemade strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and a peach and granola brown betty, that clearly was a hit!
